We purchased a Samsung Smart TV 4 days ago from Bad Boy, Burlington. One hour after setting it up the TV started giving off a high pitched noise, causing ringing in our ears.

My husband nicely packed up the TV in its original box and I went to Bad Boy today to return it. I was brought into a salesman's office and told that they do not accept returns. I stated that there was nothing wrong with the TV accept that it caused ringing in my ears and could I please return it. I gave the salesman the original receipt with the Solid Gold Protection Plan.

He returned it to me and repeated that they do not accept returns. He then gave me his Store Managers business card and said I could speak to him tomorrow (the manager is off today). I was shocked to find out that Bad Boy has a no return policy. In very fine print at the bottom of the receipt it states All Sales Final.

I will still contact the Store Manager tomorrow and the CEO. If they do not provide any customer service then I will report them to the media.

Monetary Loss: $458.

My daughter is having a similar issue with a TV purchased at the Whitby location. They opened the box and it had a crack down the screen.

BB told them to contact LG the OEM. I am making a visit to Whitby tomorrow to talk to the store manager then I will go up the chain.

We have friends in media positions that can help paint them black. Customer service- non-existant

I have the same problem.bought a t v stand from bad boy,came home saw it on sale at future shop for $100. Cheaper.check my receipt to see all sales final at the bottom of de paper.could hardly c de writing,as it was so small.they need to let customer no that all sales are final.I would never buy anything from them again.people go to Leons or de Brick.nooooobdody should buy anything from Bad

That's a load of b.s. I have an issue with them this week in regards to a tv purchase as well.

I called that number, they tell you to call the store manager. The store manager just says they can't do refunds. It's a typical politician move in my case. Telling me they have something while they knowingly don't, then tell you no it's not here for another 3wks.

It's not right. This chain needs to close down as their business practices are just not up to par to the businesses that surround them.

I hope to have a nice segment in the Star before Christmas on their policy. I was an *** to shop there but I deserve it,

they tell you who they care about, it's in all the ads, nooobody.

Love the pre-printed response that Bad Boy uses at all review sites. And believe me, lots of people complain about Bad Boy as they are just awful at customer service. And lies after lies when you try to talk to them.
