Full of slimey salesman, nothing good to buy

walked in and was immediately accosted by one of the 20 or so salesman on the floor doing nothing in an empty store. was brough to various items that were of sub par quality. one of the other salesmen that were sitting at a dinner table suite with 4 other idle salesmen even got up and started recording us from afar on his cell phone without permission i guess for promotional reasons? maybe it was a red letter day the i was the first white dude to walk into the place.. ever? this was the shoppers world brampton location around 2 pm Jan 17th. how do they afford to employ all these people? i guess buying from china with your up front payment and making you wait for surface delivery 6 or more weeks later as most items were not in stock.

I bought a bedroom set and a microwave on September. I did not receive the microwave about 2 month, on November 23 I walk in the store and ask about it, the shiiit manager said need more couple days, I told him I do not wanna the microwave any more because I could bought it anywhere, the manager said no really rudely. I did not make any damage so I say I can exchange it to credit to buy other things? At that time , manager said yes , so I bought a sofa set and paid the balance. What fuuuuuu thing is 2weeks late they told me the microwave is here and I could not get my sofa set unless I pay the microwave. And we went to the store the manager said he never give us credit. And point my wife’s nose and yelled

We purchased a dryer which was scheduled for delivery the following day. On the delivery day, the driver called to inform us that they forget the dryer in the warehouse. The following day they remembered to load the dryer and it was delivered during the window. Once it was unboxed there was a large dent on the top of the dryer. We have called and emailed franca@***y, with no response. Still waiting... Noooooo usable dryer. Noooooo call back. Noooooo customer service.

Assembly required

We recently purchased a dining table that came with 4 chairs, and a large bench. When we purchased this item at the Kitchener store the sales rep said that we would only need to assemble the bench.

We received our dining set in 5 BOXES. Not quite what we were expecting after spending $2,500. A bench, 4 chairs and the table ALL had to be assembled. When I called the Kitchener store where we made our purchase the girl whom answered the phone, Erica was her name, kept saying to me that assembly required was on my bill. I pointed out that you get your bill only after you have purchased item.

Worst thing is I wanted to speak with the manager, and when she finally got on the phone she PROMISED she would call back....still waiting for that call.

If I wanted to assemble my furniture I would have shopped at Ikea, at least when you shop there you know you have to build everything.

Assembly required should be noted on all applicable products so that customer know ahead of time prior to receiving their bill.

UPDATE: Wednesday. I contacted Ericka (operations manager) at the Ancaster location.

She is seriously an ANGEL. She called online support immediately while I was on hold. (he did not answer. Surprise surprise!) she then called the VP of bad boys directly and discussed my case.

The VP said she was handling it herself and would be dealing with online support tmr when she was back in the office. Ericka said that if I did not receive a phone call Thursday to call her Friday when she was back in and she would deal with it. We did not receive a phone call. But we did receive an email saying my husband had to go into a store to show his credit card we used online.

He did so. Emailed proof to online support. And we still did not receive an email or phonecall back. Friday I called Ericka back and she immediately called the VP.

When she came back she said she could have everything delivered to us tomorrow (Saturday) only the love seat we ordered was on back order. everything was delivered this morning by two of the friendliest delivery men. We could not be happier ! It was only until Ericka called that we received an email from online support apologizing for their mistakes and to set up delivery.

Going forward I would definitely NEVER order anything online from bad boys. And will be going to see Ericka at the Ancaster location from now on.

Keep pushing guys; it sucks that it took us a month of arguing and constantly calling. But we finally see a light at the end of the tunnel.

My husband and I spent over $3000 on bedroom and living room furniture for our new home on October 10. It is now November 6 and we have yet to receive our order. The online support has done nothing but give us more stress and confusing emails. We are now told that our items are discontinued and they want to cancel and refund our order. Meanwhile, all items are still in stock as the local store said they had stock and would deliver to us tomorrow - and then online support emailed us after and said they cancelled delivery due to discontinued items?) and all items are available for purchase online still. We just want answers and we need furniture. We purchased all of our decor and other furniture items to match these sets and want what we ordered over one month ago. I called again today for answers (on hold for over 30 minutes) and was told a manager is working on it directly. I asked to speak to her. She is not available and was transferred to her voicemail only to be hung up on. Just a newly wed couple trying to start their life together in their new home; empty; without furniture. We have never had such an horrible experience before.

This is the worst place ever, rude and disrespectful staff and managers. I had a terrible experience with bad boy-Kitchener Store- .

I bought a set of kitchen table and four chairs. Once I received them, I noticed two chairs were seriously damaged. I reported that same day and they told me it’s a floor model and discontinued therefore they can’t not replace the chairs. I told them that I want to return the set.

After many calls they said they found two chairs but do not know when they could deliver them, could be 6-8 weeks or more. I hated the deal and the set and I felt they were lying to me. I went to the store in Kitchener to talk to the manager as I thought the employee who I talked to on the phone were rude and not trained enough to do a good customer service. Surprisingly the Manager(s) were more rude and arrogant.

After a long discussion and very bad attitude from Saleema, the manager, she forced us to pay a penalty of 25% of the total payment which includes not just the price of the product but the warranty we bought, HST, and shipping too.

Terrible experience with bad boy-Kitchener Store-, never will I ever step foot into that facility again. Not recommend at all

Wow, Were should I begin? Let me start by, if you are considering buying furniture from Bad Boy or another store, do your self a favor and go to any other store but Bad Boy's.. you will save yourself allot of grieve and stress NOT dealing with this company. There product's are less then GARBAGE, customer service is very poor at best, and dealing with head office especially the PRESIDENT Tony is a waist of time.. I could write a 100 page document on what went wrong with my en devour with this company , but I wasted enough time and energy with this company. I just wanted to quickly educate possible new customer's of this company , BEWARE AND RUN!!! TRUST ME... read all the reviews about BAD BOY and you will now what I am talking about... They should change there name from BAD BOY to BAD JUNK, and there slogan should be NOBODDYYY SHOULD SHOPE HERE....

I bought a GE washing machine wed June 27th 2018. Got it home installed it... the following day I do my first load of laundry start machine go upstairs come down to put in dryer and my floor is flooded!!! I get my dad to check all the connections to make sure nothing was done incorrectly.. for him to see its coming from under the washer back corner... I call badboys and they tell me to call warranty department as it's not their issue.. it's a "GE" issue.. I said I bought it not even 24 hours ago.. I was told any issues within 3 days of having product it would be replaced or fully refunded.. she puts me on hold comes back and tells me yes I'm emailing customer service tomorrow and they will replace Sunday.. but to still call to follow up... so I call customer service next morning.. to them saying not their issue they will send repairman out and it's their discretion.. I said that's not what I was told.. and then I asked ok so if repairman comes out how long before I have a machine that works.. if he cant get it fixed .. I was told I don't know 1 week 2 weeks maybe a month... I said forget it.. call the store again.. speak to a manager he then says he will make calls... calls me and tells me buyers manager will contact me first thing tues morning.. tues morning rolls around with no call.. I go into store to find out what's going on they apparently have no clue ... I ask for refund they tell me no.. I ask for exchange they say no.. finally one manager asks me to be patient (now day 6) and give her 24 hours to try to help.. I keep getting the run around with false promises.. so then she has a repair man come out.. he "fixes" it.. tells us to have faith in him throw more clothes in to wash. I said I cant afford to have more ruined if it doesn't work.. he said to have faith in him.. I still said what's in there is good. He turns on the machine and said see fixed not leaking.. my dad points to the floor and says like that ?? (As water is pouring out) I call store again. Just one more day please be patient... so now I'm on day 9.. and speaking to the store manager .. I'm no longer cool calm and collective. He says I'm rude because I said their store is *** I offended him. He turns around and tells me to call "ge" and service man because i apparently turned away new or service when they "called" me at 830am oh wait maybe stopped by? Oh wait let me call you back to check what the story is.. so now I'm told I keep it or they send repair guy out. I said I didn't buy a refurbished machine I bought new why is this not getting replaced .. that's how their policy and ALL stores works?? I asked if I will get reimbursed for time and clothes and for a used machine instead of new.. im told to call somebody else.. then I'm told they will have repairman call me when part is in... now another waiting game... wtf is wrong with this store.... not to mention sales rep. Leaves me in middle of sale to argue somebody was stealing her other customer.. and 6 employees fighting over a customer ... while I'm waiting to pay!!! I should have walked out then... please share this ... let people know what a scam they are and how they don't stand behind anything... (one employee sandy has been great with me and seems to be understanding she's too good to be in such a *** store) Lastman's Bad Boy

I ordered a new mattress a few days ago, it’s to arrive today. But when I originally ordered it I didn’t get an invoice number. I called about delivery and asked for it to be within a certain time frame as I work a lot & couldnt get the time off. “Oh we can’t do that” okaaaaay. So what is the time window ? “ oh we don’t know, we can call an hour before delivery” like what. How does that help in any way. So I had to arrange someone to be home all day. Now before 830 am they’ve called me 4 tines from an unknown number waking me up when I worked super late last night... not leaving a message or anything. I call back and they say they’re closed! So why are you calling me if you’re not even open?! Anyways. The recording says to track your shipment via the website.... but again. No invoice number. Which I’ve already told them they didn’t give me.. but still didnt. Terrible experience. & super cranky.. they woke me up before I had to be up for work.

I purchased several appliances and a sofa set in 2013 and paid for a 5-year comprehensive warranty. I think comprehensive includes almost everything except natural disasters, deliberate damage and a few other things. My brand-new sofa started to peel (while I was assured that it is genuine leather). I contacted them, and was referred to another company that apparently covers the warranty: not covered. I tried the Ministry of Consumer Protection (??) but got no help. I wrote the head office but got nary a reply. I did not get what I paid for: The freezer compartment does not have a light, one of the knobs on my gas stove is wobbly. I did not pursue these as it is a waste of time. I suggest that you carefully inspect what you get, and DO NOT buy any extended warranty from them. In fact you should not buy anything from them, for they live up to the name "Bad Boy".

oh i aggree, i have bought bonded leather sofas from bad boys as well with comprehensive 5 year coverage. When i was buying the set the sales person Danica Kapiric assured me the the bonded leather will not crack and peel and offered me the comprehensive coverage to ensure should anything happen.

Well here we go 4 years later, surprise surprise the leather has cracked and peeled. I've placed the call today to the store spoke with Donna who has told me that this doesn't cover bonded leather cracks or peels. I'm outraged right now. She had the nerve to tell me that the pamphlet they have given me would have described that.

Well i still have the original paperwork originally stapled and no pamphlet was given to me. I wonder why not? on top of it all i got from this wonderful service the wonderful comment from Donna.

"Well i don't know what to tell you it doesn't cover it and you can call your sales person and complain she is in our Burlington store now. Never again would i purchase anything from these frauds and i encourage all those who are planning to be cautious off all the false nonsense they are trying to sell you.

I bought a bedroom set they told me it would take two weeks to come and I waited for two months I'm actually getting the delivery today I hope everything is okay two months to get a bedroom set. I've been sleeping in a air mattress for 2 months this is the worst furniture store at doubt in my whole life and this customer service not the greatest

Ordered a couch in early July 2018. We were told it would take 3-4 weeks.

On the bill of sale it does say that they aren’t responsible for manufacturer delays, but they are responsible when they lie to their customers and the employees at the store say that they are told to lie. It is now middle of September 2018, our couch was supposed to be delivered on September 15th. No call or anything. Then they finally admit that the manufacturer doesn’t even have the leather for the couch yet!!

Poor business relations with customers, poor management, poor customer service, poor product. Get your place in order, fire and hire people.

Turn that dumpster of a place around!! The Lastman name has been shoved in a gutter!

I have a sectional I purchached feb of last year. The middle cushion is warped and the springs are popped.

They sent a tech out that not only agreed with me that the couch needs to be fixed he said it was very uncomfortable to sit on. He then wrote a report that the issue was “cushion decompression”. The case was dropped because apparently that’s not covered but no one decided they should call me and tell me this, I waited almost two months before I called them and was informed of all of this. I argued that there’s no way my couch was just cushion decompression as it happened pretty much over night.

I asked for the tech to come back and she said no there is no reason for that. You can hear the springs grinding when you sit on them. I told the girl I would never buy anything from bad boy again and that people need to know that the furniture being sold through them is crap. You focus on getting the customer, but you do squat to keep them.

I’ve furnished my whole house through them because I thought I was getting great deals when in the end all I have is a headache and some horrible furniture.

I’m so upset and the worst part is customer care, defiantly does not care. Thanks bad boy for being a pain in my *** Literally.

Unfortunately I placed an order for a bedroom set that took at least three months to receive. My order was originally delivered to another customer by mistake. I was then informed the item was discontinued and then again I was contacted to let me know the item was now available and was on its way by boat in container to Toronto...simply insane! I was then told the item was available but had to be located via difference stores by the supplier in Toronto to obtain it. Once I received my bedroom set, there was a dent on the dresser. Never, ever again. What a horrible experience. I paid in full for a bedroom set I am sure was collected piece by piece from a floor model as it shows wear. Paola Tiveron and Sergio Laterza
