Purchased a leather sectional soft with 2 recliners included. After 1 year, plastic knobs for activating recliners stopped working because they broke.

Also, leather material didn't hold up to day to day wear and tear. Material ripped. Contacted Bad Boy for help with getting the knobs replaced, they told me go to the manufacturer. I called the manufacturer and they said talk to Bad Boy.

I talked to Bad Boy and they said talk to the manufacturer.

Just a lot of run around. We just wanted it fixed even if it was out of warranty and therefore would need to pay for repairs.
