I will never use Bad Boy's again. From buy my item to this point has all been horrible experiance and a fight from start to finish.
If you would like you can still send the photos but the main reason for denying the claim is clearly outlined above. If you decide to send the photos, please send them in batches of two photos at a time.
Based on what you said on the conversation, you will not be able to show the issues on the photos as most of the damages are inside the sectional.

Still waiting for a stove to be delivered, Three Months later!!
Stove was in stock and suppose to be delivered in June. Not!!
have been in contact with main office since June texting with a person named Evan.
We have asked to be given options for another stove that is in stock at the same valued price, he has only shown us a stove that is less than value. ANGRY

In August 2022 I ordered a sectional sofa and a loveseat. It was advertised as in stock.
Fast-forward three months later and NO FURNITURE. This is after I recieved a call after I ordered saying it would be six weeks for delivery. Six weeks passed and I heard nothing. I placed calls to head office and had my calls dropped after waiting hours, was yelled at by "customer service representatives", had my emails unanswered except for one that said my complaint was escalated and then I heard nothing again.
I actually called the store in Ancaster and was told it would be in in October then heard nothing. I went into the store and was told it was coming in November, again I heard nothing. I've spent the last two days arguing with the rudest and most incompetent sales people and managers who are telling me I can not have my money back... I managed to contact someone from head office who said it may come at the end of December...
I have filed a complaint with the BBB, contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and contacted news outlets to bring public attention to this company and the thousands of people thay have stolen money from. NEVER do business with these scammers. Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life.
You will spend hours chasing them after they have pocketed your hard earned money and will have nothing to show but stress, wasted time, being treated like garbage and no merchandise that you paid for. I have no idea how they are not criminally charged and shut down.

Long wait times with customer service up to forty minutes . Waited 8 months for delivery yet they charged my credit card from day one not when items ship.
Exchanged an appliance for a cheaper model and they refused to refund me the difference in price.
Customer service reps have no authority to issue refunds and refer it to managers who never call you back. Avoid this retailer .

Worst shopping experience in Canada!
Ordered a bed online on July 2022. A week or two later we received a call confirming our order and that we would receive another call in 4 to 6 weeks to arrange delivery.
Several weeks passed and no contact so I tried calling them but could not get through. I emailed them and it took weeks for a response, which was that the love seat should arrive at the distribution centre in 1-2 weeks. More time passes, no contact or updates, so I reach out again, same answer. Again, same answer.
Reached out again last week and once again was told 2 weeks until it would arrive at the distribution centre. It has been over 5 months since placing our order and we have still not received it. I've officially asked for a refund in response to the last email and have received no response, what makes me absolutely livid is that we've been given false estimates for months. No transparency whatsoever.
I feel completely scammed, and I'm someone who firmly believes in patience and in giving the benefit of the doubt, but this company is exercising horrible business practice. If you don't have a product, don't sell it.

Lastmans' Bad Boy refuses to change the broken bed or refund the senior citizen woman.
I called the head office on her behalf 416-667-**** on her behalf and they said the case is closed.
how can a store close a case when the issue has been resolved? They kept her money and she is left with a broken bed.
Where is the justice

On July 20th I ordered a stove on line and gave a credit card deposit, in the amount of $200. I cancelled the order the next day, that is the day that the $200 was shown on my credit card.
I have yet, to receive a refund from Bad Boy or my credit card. My credit card rep.
said contact Bad Boy & I have on numerous occasions. The BBB doesn't do enforcement of refunds and I have yet to receive the money back from my credit card.

3 years ago I made the serious mistake of buying furniture here. See Details Below.
The finish on the surface of one of the pieces we bought back then soon started to chip away for no reason. No point in calling or emailing them regarding the warranty as for me, as I have already experienced them only responding if it will lead to new sales. The finish continued to chip off looking worse and worse and surprisingly enough, other than the once crystal clear legs which some have gone cloudy on, the other pieces are still holding up ok. Not wanting to waste the $2,570 original investment so soon I bought another nightstand for over $500 to replace the deteriorating one.
Arrives when promised, great delivery guys. Once uncrated and the foam used to wedge the drawers shut for shipping were removed, both drawers never closed all the way and bounced back out when try close them. After the typical wasted time on unanswered calls, ignored voicemail messages and unreturned emails asking for a replacement that works properly I finally get an unpleasant response offering to replace the defective unit. The unit arrives the following week, the delivery guys open the box and the replacement unit has the same issue with the defective drawers as the one they are replacing so they take it back with them.
Again for weeks unanswered calls, ignored voicemail messages and unreturned emails. Eventually they offered a refund if I pay all costs to purchase packing materials and re-crate (delivery guys took the original box and Styrofoam) plus the shipping to return the approximately 2 foot square 60 80 lb. item they have acknowledged was defective when they delivered it.

After 45 days since we had to pay in advance in full, a total of 6 deliveries to get one complete undamaged 4-piece bedroom set delivered, dozens of calls and emails, almost as many un-returned voice mail messages or messages left with live attendants and even some department managers, changing our primary contact number 8 times to the same number, multiple days of lost wages to stay home again and again for every delivery we finally have the last piece. It looks like just this once, the piece really was inspected as promised.
The last 3 deliveries were promised too but obviously they were not. Not perfect condition but we are over Bad Boy. On the 4th delivery, a recently installed laminate floor and a wood floor were damaged when sliding the dresser across the floor without using a blanket. 10 or 12 attempts to get that resolved and still nothing 2 weeks later.
The driver called my wife to inform her Bad Boy charged him for the damage. Must just be another revenue stream as we havent received a penny. Doesnt seem fair to the driver or us. Maybe a Labour Board issue.
The last review I posted regarding this issue was responded to with the usual empty boiler plate apology below with the email address to make things right.
3 or 4 emails sent to the address and of course no response there either. Typical.
Worst cluster of across the board disorganized, insincere, inept, unqualified group I have come across in over 50 years. Except the drivers. All 12 we met were well mannered professionals despite the unfortunate damage on the 4th delivery.
Shame on Bad Boy for charging him and keeping the money for themselves.
There has not been one attempt to even discuss the property damage to our home. In a couple of years once this $2,570 set of 2 night stands, a dresser and a chest of drawers falls completely apart, I wouldn't have their furniture in our house again even if it was free.

All sales final sooo what you said three mths. He proceeded to answer his personal phone while I was talking to him,,,really!!
He looks at computer ,,yep its coming next week or a couple of days later ( I went in June 2,2022). I go home tell my husband about this rude, *** big liar cause two days later this woman calls and left a message Your couch isnt coming in until July 1,2022. Im so pissed.
Last week July 6, I noticed the damn store called,,,now do you think they left a message,,,NO! I called today July 12,2022 and asked to speak to a manager and not the big bald ignorant guy, Im told it was delivered last week,,really well not here. Why werent we notified, yes we owe money on it, had we known it was in we would of cleared the balance owing and had our *** couch. No one let us know. What king of business is this,,,bullshit. I will write again after we come back from PEI,as I told them we will pay and want it the next day in August, see if they keep up their promisedont ever go to Badboy, horrible service and hire lying people.

The one man whom had delivered my stove and fridge where in a hurry. Very rough.
as well I though there was a 3 hr delivery window and there are there in 5 min not happy nor impressed with that .
The head office her attitude was lying to me and not wanting to return a call very and saying that the handle could not be .
Also nothing was assembled
Nor all the pieces where there missing center hinge and told I would have to pay 30 extra for 1 fridge door hing .
What good is the stove and fridge when pieces are missing

Broken furniture
we order dining room from bad boys,it's arrived to me broken we ask to change it or return money, after one month they do change it with so many calls we did for the main office, but again it's arrived damaged, not polish at all, and we still fight with them to return money. Nothing helps the furniture stays at my home in boxes, do not buy furniture from Bad Boys lastman

After about a month of tripping over the damaged dishwasher in our hallway, we decided we needed real help and contacted CTV's consumer alert at alert@***.ca. We did this early morning Friday October 22nd and by the late afternoon Lastman's Bad Boy contacted us.
They were very accommodating. The damaged dishwasher was finally removed by them on Tuesday October 26th. A refund cheque was received by courier on Thursday October 28th. We quickly deposited the cheque (hope it doesn't bounce).
Lastman's Bad Boy not only lived up to their name and finally repented but the outcome is what any respectable business would have done at the very outset. Lastman's Bad Boy is NOT a member of the Better Business Bureau. Recent information shows Lastman's Bad Boy is owned by Mel Lastman the former mayor of North York.
You would expect much better treatment wouldn't you? BTW Lastman's Bad Boy has a no refund policy so be aware and be cautious.
After unpacking we noticed the back of the dishwasher was bashed in (by forklift?). The back is single walled metal and the dent was clearly visible from the inside. Shining a flashlight between the metal and plastic tub from the back the light was visible from the inside. This was not a cosmetic flaw but the dishwasher is absolutely unusable (it would leak profusely).
Also, the interior of the packaging was wet (we assume from condensation?) already showing corrosion on the top metal. The top door control panel was soiled. We telephoned Bad Boy right away to report the damages. We told them to come back with a new pristine unit and haul the damaged one away.
They refused saying Bad Boy's policy is to contact the manufacturer for their approval!!! They asked for photos (damage and serial number) to be emailed to nordam@***.com which we complied. Also, that the packaging must be kept (why?). This is not an inexpensive dishwasher bought for $1,154.
Not knowing what to do we called the next day again demanding that a new replacement dishwasher be delivered. They refused. When asked how long this 'manufacturer's approval' will take they said a couple of days. Obviously, we don't trust them - who would?
What reputable retailer would do this? They're probably playing some kind of game with the manufacturer using us as a pawn.

I purchased a sofa from Bad Boy in June 2021. The delivery date was 4-6 weeks.
Once the delivery period ended, I emailed them monthly to check on the status. Each month I received a response promising the sofa by the 15th of the following month. The final email I received was December 2021 promising delivery by mid January. On February 4th 2022 I called Bad Boy to cancel and was on hold for approximately 1.5 hours.
An operator told me that it would go under go management review to approve a refund within 10 days. No refund was issued. I contacted Mastercard asking for a charge back on this purchase for failure to deliver. They investigated and eventually refunded me the money.
Do not purchase anything from this crooked retailer.
They will take your money and deliver nothing but excuses. The same sofa is currently being offered on their website, this time with 2-3 week delivery.
