Bought a fridge, and bedroom set with mattress from this horrible company. The following were delivered damaged:

Dresser - visible wood chip + mirror trim on both corners are cracked + bottom drawer is broken

Chest - mirror trim on both bottom corners are cracked

Mattress - was unpacked by the delivery guy and ripped.

Furthermore, the delivery guys (Samuel L) were completely unprofessional as they damaged walls carrying the furniture up the stairs (they were told before hand that the walls were just painted), they also decided to climb on top of the railings to maneuver the furniture which loosened the railing, they left packaging garbage on our neighbors lawn, finally they also decided to talk to my wife in a way that made her really uncomfortable to be alone with them in our own home!

Fridge - why should we go purchase a product to clean the glue leftover from a delivery made by you guys regardless if it came like that from the manufacture. We paid for warranty and its bad boy's policy to provide quality guarantee.

Also the managers at the Shoppers world location Madia and Manny are completely unprofessional as well as they have been avoiding our calls and disregarding our issues and blaming defects on us when they clearly know they are in the wrong.

Product or Service Mentioned: Bad Boy Furniture Customer Care.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $6000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Faulty product, Poor quality product barely lasted 1 year, Delivery worse customer service, Salesmen, Poor quality.

I wouldn't deal with a company so named just out of general principle. You expected good service from "bad boys". I don't see the logic.
