Nooobody is worse than them for customer service, for quality of products, for false promises of timely delivery and then late deliveries. I waited more than two months to receive my sofa set.

The sofa set is damaged, not only one piece but all three pieces. I had only three days to submit my claim. They got back to me and only to give me only 30 day store credit instead. I had no choice but to buy again from them.

Now, I am stuck with them and I have to get another set and go through the same cycle all over again.

I have a very bad experience

I will never recommended them to anyone

I will never buy again from them

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $3200.

I didn't like: Whole experience never again.

I had the same experience. We need to come together and take them to court.
